Our experienced staff design the drawing of the products by utilizing the updated version of software according to the needs of the customer. We guarantee the highest quality and customer satisfaction.

Extrusion Sheet Process - 1 (Sheet Division)

We have extruders with double and triple screws to produce plastic sheets from ABS, HIPS, PP, etc. We can color the sheet according to the customer’s request.

Extrusion Sheet Process - 2 (Sheet Division)

We also can produce three-layer sheets using recycled material mixed into the middle layer. This is not only for cost-saving but also for the eco-friendly purpose of utilizing recycled materials.

Extrusion Sheet Process – 3 (Sheet Division)

We have a twin winding machine that allows the production output to be twice as many compared to a single winding machine for production efficiency.

Quality Control (Quality Control Division)

We can conduct all necessary tests such as Izod (Impact strength), tensile strength, flexural strength, and others to meet the customers’ quality standards. We also have the equipment to measure color variances for color as well.
