Profile extrusion machine for seal gasket and liner (Profile Extrusion Division)
We have 4 profile extrusion machines designed to produce various profiles of a Gasket according to the customers’ requirements. We also have 5 profile extrusion machines to produce Liner for the automobile industries.
Production machine control process (Profile Extrusion Division)
With the controlling setting of the machine by our experienced staff, we can produce high-quality products according to the standard and specifications that are instructed by the customers.
PVC Tube extrusion machine (Profile Extrusion Division)
Our 4 extrusion machines for tube production have an option for marks or letters on the tube surface by the marking device (KEYENCE) for higher quality products.
Profile Extrusion machine for refrigerator gasket (Profile Extrusion Division)
We have 3 profile extrusion machines dedicated to refrigerator gasket production. We supply our gasket not only for the domestic market but also for the overseas market.
Gasket Cutting Machine (Gasket Production)
Our current capacity is 4,000 pcs per day with our 4 gasket cutting machines.
Annealing Process
With our annealing process, we can control humidity and shrinkage levels in line with the specification of the customers.
Gasket Welding
Our experienced staff with accumulated know-how, we guarantee high-quality products.
Inspection Process (Quality Control)
We conduct 100% in-line inspection in order to prevent defective products to go onto the next process.
Assembling Gasket to Door Panel
We pay close attention to the quality and shape of the gasket prior to assembling the gasket to the door panel.
Outgoing inspection process (1)
We conduct a final outgoing inspection to ensure our product quality before the packing process.
Outgoing Inspection Process (2)
During our outgoing inspection process, we inspect visually as well as utilize jig or testing tools to ensure the quality standards of our finished products.
